By using Attnom Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform, submit project requests, or create an account.

Attnom provides digital product services including websites, applications, dashboards, educational surfaces, automations, blockchain-related systems, pricing flows, and operational support material.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials accurate and secure. You must not misrepresent your identity, access restricted areas without permission, or abuse referral or payment workflows.

Quotes, deposits, and payment orders may be time-bound. Blockchain payments are treated as final once confirmed on-chain unless Attnom explicitly agrees to another outcome in writing.

Unless a separate engagement agreement states otherwise, client-specific deliverables transfer according to the commercial arrangement attached to the project. Attnom retains rights to its own platform, brand, and reusable internal systems.

Attnom is not liable for losses caused by third-party service failures, blockchain congestion, exchange issues, wallet compromise outside Attnom control, or misuse of credentials by the account holder.

These terms may be updated as the product, payments, and service model evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
